Please Do Not bring your own products and oils, for health and safety reasons, these can not be used in our Sauna, as they may react to the heat and release toxins, or create slippery surfaces.

Are children allowed?

Children 6yrs and above are permitted into the Sauna with an accompanying parent or guardian who is completely responsible for the child's welfare. Prices are based on seats rather than age. For health and safety reasons, in line with our insurance providers, we regret that under 16’s are not allowed in the cold tub. (We retain the right to refuse entry in certain circumstances)

Adverse weather conditions

We will close during adverse weather conditions such as gail force winds, and in the case of a major storm, otherwise we are open in all weathers. Having a sauna in the rain, sleet and snow is the most invigorating thing! We can’t give refunds or credits for bad weather if we deem it safe to be open. The changing tent will be unavailable in strong winds and rain.
