Sound Bath & Sauna

Included in your ticket:  Sauna & Sound bath  using Singing bowls, Rain sticks  and smaller instruments to create a  healing space, where you can release tension,  relax, de-stress, connect within and let the sound vibrations work their magic.

Singing Sauna

Date: Saturday 16/5/2026

Time: 10 am

Tickets:  £20 (Sauna £15 ph & £5 Singing) 

Singing Sauna combines the deeply restorative benefits of sauna bathing with the simple, joyful power of singing together. This unique experience invites you to slow down, soften, and connect - with yourself and with others - through voice, warmth, and shared presence.

Your session will be led by Mags Houston, a local Singing Mamas Community Leader who is passionate about the power of song to bring people together. Mags creates a welcoming, down-to-earth space where everyone can feel at ease using their voice - whether you sing regularly or have never sung in a group before.

The Sauna will be at an optimal temperature for singing (approx 50-60c)

Meditating by the Sea

Mindfulness Sauna

Date: : Friday 2nd January 2025 for 6 weeks 

Time: 9am

Tickets:  £18 please note you need to enrol on the 40 day free course and book your sauna space 

Mindfulness Sauna:  includes  recorded 10-15mins meditation in the Sauna followed by  45mins of Sauna Bathing to develop and cultivate your inner presence and overall wellbeing. 

 

This is from the Free Mindfulness Daily course  created by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield it's a,40-day course which teaches concepts that can help you integrate mindfulness into your day. Recorded & Led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield,

It will be a weekly commitment for 6 weeks, we will play day 7, 14, 21, 28, 35,40

You will ideally complete the other sessions in the days in between. To create any new habit, support and consistency are key and this is exactly what Mindfulness Sauna sessions will provide.

 

All are welcome at our Mindfulness Sauna sessions. The Sauna will be at an optimal temperature for the short meditation. (60 Degrees Celsius, it will then be raised to 85/90 for the remainder of your Sauna)
